DMCA Policy

Riyadh Design Home respects the intellectual property rights of others. As a press platform covering interior design, architecture, and home decor, we are committed to operating in compliance with international copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to request the removal of content they believe infringes their rights. It also details the process for users to submit a counter-notification if their content has been removed due to a mistaken claim.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to Riyadh Design Home. Your notice must be sent to our designated DMCA agent and include all the following required elements.

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific details, such as a URL, title, or description.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Include information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material on our site, such as a direct URL to the infringing article or image.
Sufficient contact information for the complaining party. This must include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate. Also, state that, under penalty of perjury, the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the copyright infringement claim.

To be effective, your counter-notification must be sent to our designated DMCA agent and contain the following information.

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Riyadh Design Home may be found. You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.

Please email your counter-notification to [email protected]. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party. If they do not file a court action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Riyadh Design Home maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

This policy applies to all forms of content submitted or contributed to our platform. We investigate all credible claims of copyright infringement diligently.
